How to use ETABS for designing reinforced concrete floor slab for gravity loads

This construction video briefly describes how ETABS, the most powerful building analysis and design program, can be used to design the standard reinforced concrete floor slab for gravity loads.

After the completion of modeling, ETABS automatically creates and allocates code-based loading conditions toward gravity, seismic, wind, and thermal forces. Users may indicate an unlimited number of load cases and combinations.

Analysis capabilities then provide innovative nonlinear processes for representation of static-pushover and dynamic response. Dynamic considerations may consist of modal, response-spectrum, ortime-history analysis. P-delta effect explains geometric nonlinearity.
